This enables the Caregiver to arrive to a family’s home and school and assume care for a child with minimal direction from parents while at work. Profile’s include:

  1. Names and ages of all the children included in the membership, along with any allergies they have.

  2. The Parent's contact information for easy communication.

  3. The family's residence address.

  4. The child's school address and phone number, so if a Parent requests a child be picked up from school, the Caregiver immediately knows where to go.

  5. Emergency contact information, ensuring that assistance can be reached swiftly if Parents can’t be reached in the case of an emergency.

  6. If there are pets in the home, so Caregivers aren’t surprised.

  7. A family picture, bringing a level of familiarity into a last-minute situation.

  Both Parent and Caregiver profiles can be accessed via a link or picture texted directly to the other. BetterCare produces the profiles and send each person’s unique profile link to them. Here's how:

  1. Accessing Profiles:

  - BetterCare creates and sends Parents and Caregivers their profile link as part of the onboarding process.

  - Keep the link someone convenient on your phone for quick access; take a screenshot of the profile and store it in photos; or remember your profile link ID that is conveniently bettercareid.com/firstlastname

  2. Sharing Profiles:

  - When Parent and Caregiver are connected via text, they should immediately send their profile link to each other.

  - Profiles contain links for quickly calling, messaging, or emails different parties.
